PURPOSE: A composition for anti-oxidation, which contains fish-derived collagen peptide is provided to ensure excellent anti-oxidative effecfiency and use in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical field. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anti-oxidation contains fish-derived collagen peptide as an active ingredient. A method for manufacturing the collagen peptide comprises: a step of isolating fish scale and enhancing collagen purity; a step of treating hydrolase; a step of deactivating hydrolase to sterilize the fish; and a step of treating active charcoal to decolorize and deodorize.
