PURPOSE: A vibration damping apparatus for a construction structure is provided to absorb and reduce vertical load and vibration generated in a construction structure forward, backward, leftward, and rightward. CONSTITUTION: A vibration damping apparatus(10) for a construction structure is installed at the bottom of the construction structure and reduces the vibration of the construction structure. The vibration damping apparatus comprises a liquid flow pipe(11), and a damper unit. The liquid is received in the liquid flow pipe. The liquid flow pipe is parallel to the bottom of the vibration damping device. The liquid flow pipe disperses a part of the liquid rolled by the load applied on the construction structure. The damper unit is arranged between the liquid flow pipe and the floor side. The damper unit absorbs and reduces the load, the damper unit and the negative reaction of vertical and horizontal directions.
