PURPOSE: A novel mass analysis signal amplification technique is provided to specifically amplify signal of a material without pretreatment of a sample and accurately and simply measure a target molecule. CONSTITUTION: A gold particle for amplifying signal amplification and capturing target molecule is improved with organic molecule. The gold particle comprises plural signal generating units, and one or more connection unit, and captor. The signal generating units are connected on the surface of the gold particle and have a self assembled monolayer. The connection unit binds to the surface of the gold particle. The captor is connected to the connection unit and specifically binds to a target molecule. The signal generating units comprises organic molecule.
