PURPOSE: A semiconductor memory device is provided to output the data simultaneously by dividing the output driver. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor memory device includes the first area, the second area, and the third area. The first area includes lots of data output circuits. The second area includes the first output driver circuits which controls the data output circuit arranged in one side of the first area. The third region includes the second output driver circuits which controls the data output circuit arranged to the opposite side of the second part around the first area.
