<p>The rivet part (1) is provided in a molding cavity (2) that is formed in a surface section (3) of a mechanical component (4). The cavity has a narrow, cylinder-symmetrical area (21) at a side facing an upper surface (25) of the component. The rivet part is rotatably held in the cavity. A shaft (12) is inserted in the component via the upper surface. A terminating edge (14) is widened in an area (23) of the component, so that diameter (D2) of the edge is greater than diameter (D3) of the cylinder-symmetrical area. The component is made of glass fiber or carbon fiber reinforced material. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a rivet part.</p> |
