PURPOSE: A singing road is provided to supply freshness when a moving unit or a pedestrian moves while obtaining melody per a musical scale by associating a hand bell with a road, thereby helping culture of aesthetic sentiments. CONSTITUTION: A singing road is formed in a line along with a driving road at an interval determined based on a driving speed of a moving unit. A timer(130) counts time that a user sets according as a plurality of sound output apparatuses(120) outputs the first fixing sound. And then the timer outputs the counting signal. A interruption unit(140) interrupts the fixing sound outputted from the sound output apparatus according to a counting signal from the timer. A controller(150) controls a fixing sound output operation of the sound output apparatuses and an interruption operation of the interruption unit according to a receiving sensing signal from sensors.
