PURPOSE: A capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to control the thickness of a dielectric layer by using various dielectric materials in manufacturing the capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same are comprised of the steps: coating at least one side of various metal electrodes(10,10a,10b) with a dielectric material and forming dielectric layers(50,50a,50b); forming dielectric layer on a part of an electrode so that the part of the electrode is exposed to the outside to facilitate external wiring; combining a plurality of electrodes so that dielectric layer is arranged between them; an laminating the plural metal electrode in order so that they are interposed between them.
