PURPOSE: A packing structure and a packing method are provided, which prevent interference of the packaged material and damage of fluctuation elements. CONSTITUTION: A packing structure includes a pallet(10), a bottom cap(20), a cell partition(30), a support block(40), plural support bars(50), a sleeve(60), an upper pad(70), an upper support(80), and a top cap(90). The bottom cap is settled on the pallet. The cell partition forms plural receiving spaces by binding plural horizontal boards and vertical boards in the lattice type. The support block is settled on the bottom cap within the receiving space of each cell partition. The sleeve surrounds the cell partition. The upper support is settled in the top surface of the upper pad. The top cap is put on the upper end of the sleeve.
