An oligomer probe array chip according to the invention includes a substrate and a main array on the substrate having a plurality of sub-arrays in rows or panels. The sub-arrays include a plurality of spots arranged in a matrix to which oligomer probes having different sequences may be attached. The invention further provides a mask for fabricating such oligomer probe array chip, and a hybridization analysis method of such oligomer probe array chip.
