ANTI-SKIMMING SYSTEM IN ATM AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system and a method for anti-skimming in an automatic teller machine are provided to prevent the skimming by opening a card slot shutter when the color of a display unit is matched with the color of a card reader. CONSTITUTION: A color determination unit(210) determines a color. A screen controller(220) displays a first color visualizing the determined color through the display in an automatic teller machine. A light source controller(230) emits a second color related to the determined color through a light source in the automatic teller machine. A matching determination unit(240) determines whether the first color is matched with the second color. A card reader controller(250) opens the card slot shutter of the card reader when the first color is matched with the second color. A screen controller displays the warning on the display when the first color is not matched with the second color.
