A regulator of generator of vehicle consists of a encoding circuit (100), a digital control unit (200) and a control circuit (300), wherein different code is set by laser trimming on the encoding circuit (100) to form a turnoff point, the digital control unit (200) is connect to the encoding circuit (100) for judging the value of the code, different operating modes of the control circuit (300) corresponds to different value of the codes, and the codes of the encoding circuit (100) controls operating modes of the control circuit (300).
