PURPOSE: A subframe mounting device is provided to improve the stiffness of the car body by installing a cross bracket connecting a front side rear lower member and a dash lower side member. CONSTITUTION: A subframe mounting device comprises a cross bracket, and a mounting bracket. The cross bracket connects a front side rear lower member(5) and a dash lower side member(6). The mounting bracket is installed on the cross bracket(10). A first inclined protrusion(31) and a flange part(32) are formed in the mounting bracket. In the mounting bracket, a part of the flange part is fixe on the front side rear lower member. A bolt(B) passes through the first inclined protrusion. A subframe(1) and the cross bracket are connected by the bolt.
