<p>The device (1) has a control device (7) comprising an electrical connecting unit (18) arranged at a housing-side of the control device, where the housing-side faces electrical heating elements (3) i.e. positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating elements (2). The connecting unit is arranged at a side of a connecting plate facing the heating elements, and is arranged within guiding devices of the control device.
