PURPOSE: An orthogonal radio frequency voltage/current sensor with high dynamic range is provided to improve a low frequency response and the signal coupling of a sensor without the voltage breakdown by elongating a current sensor pickup line. CONSTITUTION: A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(12) includes a first external layer(14a), a second external layer(14b), a first internal layer, a second internal layer, and an inner perimeter. A first loop includes a plurality of first sensor pads connected to a plurality of vias by a plurality of traces. The sensor pads are arranged on the inner perimeter. A second loop includes a plurality of sensor pads connected to a plurality of vias by a plurality of second traces. The second sensor pads are arranged on the inner perimeter. A central conductor with an RF current passes through an aperture and is extended. The first and second loops generate the electric signal showing the RF current passing through the central conductor. |
