PURPOSE: A filter rotation device of a filter sewing machine is provided to offer easy workability and convenience by removing a process that a filter and a reinforcing core material inserted into a support stand are loosened manually. CONSTITUTION: A filter rotation device of a filter sewing machine includes a step for inserting a filter and a reinforcing core material into a cylindrical support stand(112), and a step for sewing the filter and the reinforcing core material with a sewing needle(113) while loosening the filter and the reinforcing core material. The filter rotation device includes a setting groove(109), a rotation pipe(108), and a rotation unit. The settling groove is formed on an outer circumference of the support stand. The rotation pipe is combined on the settling groove rotatably. The rotation unit rotates the rotation pipe with the sewing speed of the sewing needle.
