摘要 PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to detect the position of touch by recognizing the change of electrostatic capacity. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises a first and second substrate, a gate line and data line(102), a pixel electrode(103), a common electrode, a liquid crystal layer, a liquid crystal capacitor, a first storage capacitor, a second storage capacitor and a sensing capacitor, a lead-out wiring, and a switching transistor. The first substrate and the second substrate are faced to each other. The gate line and data line define the pixel region by crossing on the first substrates. The pixel electrode is formed in the pixel transistor and the pixel region formed in each intersection of the gate line and data line. The common electrode is created on the second substrate. The liquid crystal layer is filled between the first, and the second substrate. The liquid crystal capacitor is formed between the pixel electrode and common electrode. The first storage capacitors are formed between the pixel electrode and the first storage electrodes of the first top of the substrates. The second storage capacitors and sensing capacitor are serially formed between the gate line and common electrode. The lead-out wiring is parallel to a data line. The switching transistor is connected to the node of the gap of the second storage capacitors and sensing capacitor, the lead out wiring is connected to drain electrode, the source electrode is connected to the source voltage line.
