PURPOSE: An expander ring for preventing the slip of a paper pipe is provided to absorb excess tension by sliding the expander ring on a sliding board in case excess tension is generated on the slitting skelp. CONSTITUTION: An expander ring for preventing the slip of a paper pipe is formed to be inserted into a shaft of a device for controlling tension. The expander ring for preventing the slip of a paper pipe includes an expansion part, a toggle device, gap, and a sliding board(30). The expansion part is formed along the arc groove formed along the circumference of the expander ring. The toggle device is fixed at the both sides of the expansion part to expand the expansion part. The gap is formed between end parts facing each other of the expansion part. The sliding board is formed to control the rotation according to the tension of the skelp. |
