PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to correct the mismatch by uniformizing the resolution according to the variation of the code regardless of the size of the mismatch when performing an ICC(Initial Code Calibration). CONSTITUTION: A phase detector detects the phase difference between a first clock applying the detection weight corresponding to a first weight code and a second clock applying the detection weight corresponding to a second weight code. A code changing unit changes the first and second weight codes in response to the output signal of the phase detector. The phase detector includes a first voltage output unit(300,310), a second voltage output unit(320,330), and a voltage comparator(360). The first voltage output unit outputs a first voltage with the changed potential level corresponding to a duty ratio of the first clock. The first voltage output unit controls the change of the potential level of the first voltage by changing the capacitance of a capacitor connected to the output terminal according to the first weight code. The second voltage output unit outputs the second voltage with the changed potential level corresponding to the duty ratio of the second clock. The second voltage output unit controls the change of the potential level of the second voltage by changing the capacitance of the capacitor connected to the output terminal according to the second weight code. The voltage comparator compares the potential levels of the first and second voltages. |
