PURPOSE: A false click detecting method including an advertisement server, a system thereof, an advertisement charge method using the same are provided to block the charge about advertisement by clicking the advertisement falsely. CONSTITUTION: A false click detecting method including an advertisement server includes a unique identifier detection step, a click step, and an identifying information transmittal step. A MAC address, a CPU identifier, a HDD identifier, and a unique identifier are detected by a user terminal in the unique identifier detection step(S100). A user performs a click operation through the user terminal which connects to a web site in the slick step(S200). The peculiar identification information of the user terminal detected with the advertisement server according to the specific clicking banner advertisement through the user terminal(S300).
