PURPOSE: A compound for suppressing ribonuclease activity is provided to effectively suppress lysis of ribonucleic acid by endonuclease and exonuclease. CONSTITUTION: A compound for suppressing ribonuclease activity is denoted by the chemical formula 1 or 2. A vessel for storing ribonucleic acid contains the compound for suppressing activation of ribonuclease. The compound for suppressing ribonuclease activity is stored in a dark reagent bottle after dissolving 2mg of each compound in 1ml of DMSO(Dimethyl sulfoxide) and is applied on inner wall of the vessel.
