PURPOSE: A hinge and a mobile communication terminal with the same are provided to use a torsion spring in a hinge structure, thereby smoothly automatically opening a mobile communication terminal without power consumption by a small number of components. CONSTITUTION: A hinge includes a torsion spring(50), a shaft(60), a holder(70), a sliding cam(40), a fixing cam(30), a bush(10) and a housing(20). The shaft penetrates the torsion spring. The holder is combined with one of the torsion spring.
