PURPOSE: A tilt measuring apparatus of a VCM lens, a measuring method thereof and a computer-readable medium thereof are provided to measure a tilt of a VCM lens at various angles, thereby using the apparatus for product development or quality control. CONSTITUTION: A tilt measuring apparatus(100) of a VCM lens includes a support member, a vertical turntable, a horizontal turntable, a jig laser displacement sensor and a controller. The support member is vertically installed on a base(110). The vertical turntable(120) is installed on the support member and can change an angle of the vertical table. The horizontal turntable(134) is controlled by a set angle. The horizontal turntable is installed on the vertical turntable. The jib(136) is fixed to an upper surface of the horizontal turntable to set a reference location of a lens installed in a VCM module.
