PURPOSE: A golf mat for correcting a swing pose is provided to perform swing practice with tee shot practice at the same time effectively, and to recognize a correct swing orbit without inconvenience of a place. CONSTITUTION: A golf mat for correcting a swing pose includes a rubber tee insertion hole(21) by perforating a point of the mat in which artificial lawn(11) is equipped. A swing direction tee insertion hole(24) is formed by perforating a point in a distance of 250~300mm from the rubber tee insertion hole. A limit tee insertion hole(23) is formed by perforating the point in the distance of 60~80mm to a vertical direction downward from the distance of 270~320mm of a swing orbit central line.
