PURPOSE: A capacitance switch device is provided to improve efficiency of the light using an elastic body with the condensing effect to transmit the light to a touch unit. CONSTITUTION: A capacitance switch device includes a case, a conductive plate(111,112,113,114) and a first printed circuit board(110). A touch part(151,152,153,154) to transmit the light is formed in the rear of the case. The conductive plate is installed in parallel to the rear of the case. An opening is formed in the vertical lower part of the touch part. The opening inputs the light to the touch part. A first printed circuit board is installed in the vertical lower part of the opening of the conductive plate. An optical source(131,132,133,134) to emit the light to the touch part is installed in the first printed circuit board. A terminal for drawing out the capacitance connected to the conductive plate with a conductor is installed in the first printed circuit board.
