PURPOSE: A moving apparatus is provided to drive a propelling wheel by propelling power generated by manipulation of a user, thereby smoothly steering the propelling wheel even though a propelling power transfer member does not exist. CONSTITUTION: A moving apparatus includes a body unit, a driven wheel, a pork unit, an operating unit, a propelling power providing unit, and a propelling power transfer member. The body unit(100) provides an on-board area or a mounting area. The driven wheel is equipped in the body unit. A hub(210) is in the center of the driven wheel. The fork part is combined with the body unit.
