PURPOSE: An image collecting control method and a device thereof are provided to adaptively operate specific conditions that a user wants to photograph, thereby controlling user friendly image collection. CONSTITUTION: An image collecting control method includes the following steps. An image collecting unit(170) is activated. Reference parameters are set according to an input signal from an input unit. It is checked whether an image collected through the image collecting unit corresponds to the set reference parameter. Photographing an image which is currently corrected is started according to a checking result.
