CANNULAR STRUCTURE OF WATER JET FOR PROSTATE OPERATION

PURPOSE: A cannular structure of a water jet for a prostate operation is provided to secure a field of vision of an endoscope by absorbing a vapor, a tissue, and the blood in a laser operation using the endoscope. CONSTITUTION: A suction tube(10) is installed in a handle. A cutout unit(11) is formed in an open side of the suction tube. A cap(20) finishes the open side of the suction tube with the cutout unit. A flow conversion unit is installed between the end of the suction tube and the cap. The flow conversion unit forms the flow conversion room inside the cap. A first inner tube(40) is inserted into the suction tube in a longitudinal direction and passes through the flow conversion unit. One end of the first inner tube is connected to the outside of the cap. A second inner tube(50) is inserted into the suction tube in the longitudinal direction, flows the saline solution of the high pressure and is connected to the flow conversion room. The second inner tube is installed in the flow conversion unit. A nozzle(60) sprays the saline solution from the flow conversion room to the longitudinal direction of the suction tube.
