PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for promoting blood circulation and improving skin color is provided to solve the problem of blood flow generated by external irritation such as UV. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for promoting blood circulation in the skin contains plant complex extract. The plant complex extract comprises Artractylodes macrocephala, Bletilla striata, Bergenia Emeiensis, cortex mori radicis, and Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The plant complex extract is contained in 0.00001-30.0% (w/w) based on total weight. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of solution, emulsion, suspension, paste, gel, cream, powder, soap, surfactant-containing cleansing, oil, powder foundation, emulsion foundation, wax foundation, and spray.
