PATHOGEN-RESPONSIVE PROTEIN ATDABB1 WITH AN ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY FROM ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA

PURPOSE: An anti-fungal protein AtDabb1 isolated fromo Arabidopsis thaliana is provided to react to pathogen-related signal tranducing molecule salicylic acid and jasmonic acid. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fungal protein AtDabb1 isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana has an amino acid of the sequence number 1 (GenBank deposit number NP_175547). The anti-fungal protein AtDabb1 suppresses Colletotrichum nose codex, Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium solani, Trichoderma harzianum, Trichoderma viride, Candida albicans and Trichosporon bay Galley.
