PURPOSE: A lighting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a bubble in a filler for filling a gap between the adhesive substrates with a filler. CONSTITUTION: A rear substrate is prepared(S1). At least one unit light emitting layer or more are stacked in front of the rear substrate(S2). The unit light emitting layer is comprised of an electrode pattern layer, at least one light emitting device, and a filler layer. The electrode pattern layer has specific electrode patterns. The light emitting device connects the electrode pattern layer. The filler layer seals the light emitting device of the first electrode pattern layer. The filler layer is made of transparent polymer foam.
