PURPOSE: A pad pop-up device and a portable terminal using the same are provided to pop-up a pad unit of a key button unit when a liquid crystal screen unit is slid, thereby improving manipulation features of the pad unit and variously satisfying necessities about various use conditions. CONSTITUTION: A pad pop-up device includes a base frame(110), an intermediate slider(140), a slider(130), a cam unit(120) and a pad unit(150). The intermediate slider is placed on the base frame. The slider is prepared between the intermediate slider and the base frame. One upper side of the slider supports the intermediate slider and can slide.
