PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a steel fiber through a heat treatment is provided to apply various wires by introducing the heat-treatment of the various wires containing carbon. CONSTITUTION: An annealing process, one of thermal processes is applied in a fine wire step. A fine wire(30) is heat-treated through a heat treating step. The heat treating step is comprised of a high frequency heating step, a low frequency heating step, an electric circuit heating step and a gas furnace heating step. The fine wire after the teat treatment is reeled with a wire drawing device(20) to has fixed thickness. A cooling of the wire is simultaneously performed while winding. |
