EXAMINATION APPARATUS FOR A LENSE'S SHAPE

PURPOSE: A lens shape examination apparatus is provided to minimize area required for surface curvature examination of the lens and progress tests of various kinds of lenses efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A lens shape examination apparatus comprises followings. A base(100) includes a fixing part(110). A sensing rod(200) includes a supporting part(210), a column(220), a fixing part(230), and a holder(240). The supporting part is built-in to rotate through a pivot axis(213) with the fixing part. The column is fixed at the supporting part. The fixing part fixes the column to move in the longitudinal direction. The fixing part is connected to rotate around the supporting part. The holder is arranged at one end of the column. The motor rotates the fixing part. A column rotary part(300) comprises a motor(310). A mounting part(400) comprises a mounting portion. The mounting part is fixed on the base. The mounting portion(410) supports a lens. A distant measuring sensor(S) is fixed on the holder and measures the straight distance with the lens mounted on the mounting part.
