PURPOSE: A hand-held ventilation cushion is provided, which prevents sweat from being generated by improving ventilation and achieves figure maintenance by supporting the waist. CONSTITUTION: A hand-held ventilation cushion comprises: a seating part(10) in which a ventilation hole(1) is pierced in the front part and a waist support protrusion(6) protruded from the right and left of the rear at the constant height is formed and which is a structure to be foldable to the right and left and has elasticity; a bag(20) with a size that can receive the seating part by folding it; and a connection string(30) in which both ends are fixed to the seating part and bag and connects the seating part and bag into one body. The connection string tightening string fix the seating part in the seat plate.
