PURPOSE: A water purifying filter is provided to prevent an outlet of an upper cap from being clogged with filling materials, and to fix the non-woven on the upper cap. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying filter(200) comprises a filter material(20), an upper cap(21), an outlet(21a), a filling material(23), a lower cap(22), non-woven fabric(24), and a non-woven fabric fixing part(21b). The filter material includes a hollow. The filter material filters the water transferred from the outside. The upper cap is inserted into a side of the filter material. The upper cap includes the outlet to discharge the filtered water. The lower cap is fixed on the outer side of the filter material. The filling material is filled on the hollow of the filter material. The non-woven fabric is formed on an inner side of the upper cap. The -woven fabric fixing part fixes the non-woven fabric on the inner side of the upper cap.
