METHOD FOR DETECTING BAX AND BCL-2 EXPRESSION IN PRENATAL RAT BRAIN THROUGH ETHANOL ABSORPTION DURING PREGNANCY

PURPOSE: A method for measuring Bax and Bcl-2 expression by ethanol during pregnancy in a fetal rat brain is provided to measure protein expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in the fetal brain. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring expression of Bax and Bcl-2 by taking ethanol during pregnancy in a fetal rat brain comprises: a step of significantly increasing the Bax expression at prosencephalon of fetal rat at 17.5 day of pregnancy; a step of significantly reducing Bax and Bcl-2 expression at mesencephalon fetal rat at 17.5 day of pregnancy; and a step of significantly increasing Bax expression at hindbrain at 15.5 day of pregnancy.
