PURPOSE: A method for producing titanium oxide nanoparticles is provided to secure high effect of deodorizing ammonia as a deodorant. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing titanium oxide nanoparticles comprises the following steps of: adding a surfactant into a solution in which titanium compounds are dissolved; adding alcohol to remove hydroxyl radicals in the mixture; purging the mixture with nitrogen to eliminate oxygen from it; and applying radiation to the oxygen-eliminated mixture for crystallization.
