<p>PURPOSE: A tool holder equipped with a damping unit is provided to reduce the vibration due to the machine processing speed and the cutting force and to have a tool holder in which a simple damping unit is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A tool holder equipped with a damping unit has a damping unit(2) arranged in an end part compartment(3) of a tool holder(1). The end part is closed by a main body(4) housing a reaming head and a milling member. The damping unit is formed to only absorb the shock to the radial direction, and has one or more elastic deformation unit(5). The elastic deformation unit is extended between an envelope of the damping unit and the end part compartment of the tool holder.</p> |
