PURPOSE: A conjugate polymer FRET system using non-ionic surfactant is provided to enhance absorption and fluorescence property and improve FRET property. CONSTITUTION: An FRET(Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer) system comprises fluorescence molecule, anionic conjugate polymer, and non-ionic surfactant. The fluorescence molecule is fluorescent receptor and binds to single strand DNA. The anionic conjugate polymer is fluorescence donor.
