PURPOSE: A portable apparatus for measuring rape moisture is provided to sense temperature and moisture of a rape and correct a moisture value according to the sensed temperature, thereby exactly measuring a moisture amount of a rape. CONSTITUTION: A portable apparatus for measuring rape moisture includes a grinding unit, a moisture sensing unit, a storage unit, a controller and a display unit. The grinding unit pressurizes and grinds a rape put on a plate which is inserted into a main body. The moisture sensing unit(120) senses a signal corresponding to moisture of a rape. Moisture values of rapes are stored per a signal in the storage units(150,160). The controller(100) identifies a moisture value of a rape by signal-processing the sensed signal.
