PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a red tide and green tide remover is provided to offer inexpensive cost while processing the large amount of tides efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a red tide and green tide remover includes the following steps of: pulverizing and sorting organic waste; put the waste into a processing chamber(1a) of a heat processing device(1); adjusting the moisture of the waste to 80~90 weight%; adding the lump lime to the waste; hydrolyzing the waste after closing an inlet of the processing chamber; stabilizing processing liquid in a reservoir(6b); producing alkaline liquid by mixing the processing liquid of the organic waste; mixing the alkaline liquid with activated charcoal of 5~10 weight%, yellow soil powder of 2~5 weight%, and copper oxide of 2~5 weight%; and stabilizing a mixture for 2 ~ 3 days. |
