The invention relates to a method for diagnosis of pharmacoresistant first-generalized epilepsy on the base of the data of thermal τ-protein content in the blood serum. Thr immunofluorescent method is used, where the determination of τ-protein concentration is carried out in immunofluorescent reaction with the use of primary monoclonal mouse anti-τ antibodies and second monoclonal antibodies of IGG (γ) FITC.
