PURPOSE: A bidirectional optical module and a laser distance measuring device are provided to minimize a package by sharing one condensing lens in an incident optical system and an output optical system. CONSTITUTION: A bidirectional optical module includes a body housing, a light emitting device(101), a light receiving device(103), a light transmissive window, and a reflective filter(104). The light emitting device and the light receiving device are separately fixed in the body housing. Both sides of the reflective filter are inclined to the output optical axis and the incident optical axis. The light transmissive window is formed in one side of the reflective filter.
