A temperature relay comprises a body made of insulating material, fixed and movable contacts, a temperature element made of thermomagnetic material with the preset Curie point and a constant magnet. The temperature element and the constant magnet are made as washers which through central holes are connected by electric contacts – the constant magnet with a terminal-holder, the thermal element with a flat spring located on a terminal-support in such a way that electric contacts remain in closed position under effect of magnetic field of the constant magnet until thermomagnetic material reaches the Curie point, afterwards electric contact is breaking under the influence of the flat rotational spring. When thermomagnetic material reconditioning, the temperature element gravitates to the constant magnet and by means of electric contacts closes electric circuit. |
