The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the construction of gas-cooled tuyere-burner for heating of charge, blowing and finishing of liquid melts. A gas-cooled tuyere-burner contains the external metallic pipe cooled body, intermediate and inner pipes, placed inside it coaxially with the hollow spaces and branches for supplying of cooling gas, fuel gas and gas powder mixtures, compensative device, blade swirlers, which are placed in a hollow space between this body and intermediate pipe, and blow head with contour nozzles for supplying gas and chemical agents. In the top end of this body it is equipped with the cylinder receiver of cooling gas and narrowing device-contractor, on the inlet into the annular space between a body and intermediate pipe the contour figured ring mounting is set, blade swirlers are placed on all the length of external surface of intermediate pipe with clearances relatively to the inner surface of the body, a cylinder head connected with a body by a cone is set in its bottom part, in which head the additional inner blade swirlers are set with a clearance to the inner surface of this head. The invention provides the raising the effective date and performance reliability of burner-tuyere and increasing of its coefficient of efficiency and fuel economy. |
