A diffusion apparatus has inclined body with vapor chambers and two worms, separated into sections by transverse beams with bearings, installed on them, face sieve and discharge arrangement, jets for vapor supply, and for condensation drainage. Between the first and second sections the vertical perforated counter blades are installed, through which the vapor is bubbled into juice-chip mixture, the vapor is supplied through the separate vapor line with baffle gate and control valve. |
