PURPOSE: A cell reselection control method using a transmission power value and a mobile communication terminal performing the same are provided to reduce a load of a mobile communication network and battery power consumption of the mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A cell reselection control method of a mobile communication terminal comprises the following steps. A transmission power value about an adjacent cell is predicted(S230). It is determined whether a difference between a transmission power value about a serving cell and the transmission power value about the adjacent cell is within a reference allowance range(S240). The reference allowance range corresponds to a predetermined power class of a specific operation band of the mobile communication terminal. |
