SURFACE TREATED RUBBER CLAD PHENOLIC LAMINATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A surface-treated rubber-clad phenolic laminate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the laminate's appearance. CONSTITUTION: A surface-treated rubber-clad phenolic laminate is used as an end-cap of an aluminium capacitor. The surface-treated rubber-clad phenolic laminate comprises rubber sheets whose surfaces have illuminance of Ra 2~10. The rubber of the rubber sheets is selected from the group consisting of EPDM(ethylene-propylene diene monomer) rubber, NBR(acrylonitrile butadiene rubber), IIR(isobutylene-isoprene rubber), butadiene rubber, SBR(styrene-butadiene rubber), and their mixture.
