A control device for a beam of an ultrasonic phased array (UPA) comprises a control unit, output of which is connected to a delay unit. The delay unit is made as a reversible shift register, the last bit output is connected to input S of an inverting trigger of the reversible shift register having output connected to C input of a circuit locking flip-flop and to M input of the inverting trigger of the reversible shift register. Input R of the inverting trigger of the reversible shift register is connected to first bit output of the reversible shift register, output of the circuit locking flip-flop is connected to input of “AND” circuit, as well as to input of the control unit, one output of the control unit is connected to R input of the circuit locking flip-flop. The device also comprises a clock generator, output thereof being connected to second input of “AND” circuit, output of which is connected to C input of the reversible shift register. Control inputs of the clock generator are connected to the control unit. |
