A block of permanent form comprises placed in opposite positions at distance one from another facade and inner wall panels that are fixed by crossbars. At back side of each wall panel at least four reinforced non-through openings are provided, those are placed in mirror positions with respect to each other and are intended for fixation of crossbars arranged as wooden bricks sawed out along the fiber. The panels comprise gypsum layer with thickness not less than 15 mm and heat, moisture and sound insulating layer formed by casting gypsum binding material with modifying admixtures to forms assembled to cassettes to which heat, moisture and sound insulating material is placed preliminarily, and relief-forming movable section. Face side of facade panel has smooth surface or relief decorative layer and back side of inner panel is equipped with formed bosses with negative angles. As heat, moisture and sound insulating material one can use polystyrene or foam-polyurethane plate. The invention makes it possible to decrease labor consumption of the production process, to simplify technology of making and mounting blocks at minimal consumption of castable aggregate. |
